Construction cake

For Eli's 2nd birthday party I was asked to make a construction cake :). It is a 9 by 13 sheet cake.  The flavors were vanilla cake and chocolate buttercream icing.  I also used crumbled Oreos to make dirt, chocolate covered raisins to make boulders, and candy corn to make safety cones.

Minnie Cake #2

A couple weeks ago we had our family birthday party for the girls.  I made a two tier- marshmallow fondant covered, Chocolate cake with Cookies and Cream Filling.  It was awesome!
